All orders are processed and shipped within the time frame provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns are only accepted if Big Red Treats has sent the wrong product.

If you believe you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [contact details] with your order number and details of the issue.

We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product, and upon receipt, we will either send the correct item or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

If the correct product was shipped and received, we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final unless there is an error on our part.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

If a return is accepted due to the wrong product being shipped, refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
